Our story

How Petal Craft grew

A florist workshop shaped by local orders, seasonal flowers, and practical service.

2023

Started with a local need

Petal Craft began in 2023 with a simple idea: make flower ordering easier for local customers who want something beautiful without unnecessary complexity.

2024

Built around clear consultation

From the start, we shaped our service around clear conversations about color, size, and purpose, so each arrangement could match the occasion more closely.

Today

Serving the neighborhood today

Today, we continue to prepare bouquets for studio pickup and local delivery across Sendai and nearby areas, with consultations available by appointment outside peak store hours.

What we value

Why customers choose us

Simple, local flower service with careful attention to timing, color, and availability.

Seasonal honesty

We work with seasonal flowers and do not promise every variety year-round. When a requested bloom is unavailable, we suggest alternatives that keep the intended palette and mood intact.

Clear ordering

Custom orders begin with a bouquet request, then we confirm budget, color direction, and availability before preparation. This keeps the process simple and easy to follow.

Practical floral design

Our arrangements are designed for everyday use, gifts, and business settings, with options that suit planned occasions as well as quicker local requests.

Local convenience

We offer local flower delivery within our service area, along with studio pickup. Payment can be made by card, bank transfer, or cash on site.
